DOA AND REFUND POLICY

DOA POLICY

In the event of DOA, please contact us within 2 hours of the delivery time.

First delivery attempt must be accepted, otherwise we will NOT be able to process your DOA request. 

Clear photos of the dead corals in the original bags are needed.

If any photo/video is sent beyond the time frame store credit WILL NOT be issued. No exceptions.

Email any DOA's to REEFFACTORY.US@GMAIL.COM

In some cases, we may require more photos. 

So please DO NOT dispose dead corals until we process your DOA request.

Otherwise we are not be able to get your DOA covered. 

If DOA occurs we will send you replacement or full amount of our store credit.

Freebies and replacements are not including in our DOA policy.   

Returns AND REFUNDS

We charge 20% restocking fee on any cancel orders

All sales are final sale. We do NOT accept any returns or exchange.

There may be a 7 day grace period before we can supply you a certain coral. After the 7 day grace period, cancellation fee will be waived.

When you purchase from our store, you agree to not make a dispute or chargeback under any circumstance.

We will resolve any issues that you may have.
